Foundation Giving to Post-Typhoon Philippines Disaster Relief

Each year, the Philippines are hit with natural disasters, including typhoons that wreak destruction and displace thousands of residents. Asia America Initiative provides long-term relief in the aftermath of such events, and the DRI Foundation is proud to support its work.

Founded in 2002, Asia America Initiative (AAI) strives to develop communities affected by poverty, natural disaster, and armed conflict. As part of its bottom-up approach to empowering local communities, the organization focuses its efforts on:

  • Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene
  • Interfaith education
  • Nutrition
  • Disaster relief

“Your donation really matters as we are helping families displaced and coping with the prolonged aftermath of typhoons,” said AAI President Albert Santoli. “We have created a model program for long-term and cost-effective assistance for rebuilding lives and communities after calamity strikes. Your donations help us to keep men, women, and especially children alive and in a positive frame of mind.”

The DRI Foundation is proud to provide support and vital financial assistance to such nonprofit organizations to aid their missions in communities where they are needed. Click here to learn more about how you can help.
