Each year, DRI conference attendees roll up their sleeves and participate in Volunteer Day, giving them the pleasure of helping out the host communities that welcome them, and getting to know their fellow colleagues in the field!
For DRI2015, the DRI Foundation has partnered with the San Antonio Food Bank, which provides food and groceries to over 500 agencies in 16 counties throughout southwestern Texas.
This year, we’re offering two half-day options designed to accommodate our volunteers’ schedules. And to encourage and and recognize your work, each half-day will earn participants valuable continuing education activity points (CEAPs):
- Saturday, Feb. 28, afternoon half-day – 4 CEAPs
- Wednesday, Mar. 4, evening (5:30-8:30 p.m.) – 3 CEAPs
