How DRI Auction Donations Impact DRI Foundation Giving Worldwide

Auction DRI2015
Thanks to the generous support of our donors, the DRI Foundation impacted several communities this year through, volunteering, education, and supporting local recovery efforts. The Foundation established the Veterans Outreach Program Scholarship, expanded its scholarship program for high school and college students, and supported recovery efforts in Haiti and Louisiana, among other successes. Over the past five years your donations have supported resilience efforts in various communities across six countries through our Donations After Disasters program.

Donations raised during the DRI Foundation auction benefit, held at the annual DRI Awards of Excellence Gala are vital to our impact. You can make a tax-deductible donation to help communities impacted by disaster connect with relief organizations as quickly as possible and when they need it the most.

The DRI Foundation welcomes services, products, and items to be auctioned off at this year’s event. Some examples of donated items up for bid include trips to Ireland and Cuba, hotel stays, cool gadgets, toys for kids, sports memorabilia – there’s something for everyone! Any denomination of gift card, gift certificate or actual item also would be greatly appreciated, and all contributors will be listed on the Foundation’s website. Please consider asking your employer to support this event as well.
